Caroline has over 26 years of experience in hairdressing starting her career in London where she completed a range of colouring and cutting courses including the L'oreal Colour Degree. She joined the team at David Charles in 2011 and continues to develop her cutting and colouring skills whilst also training new members of the team. Her favourite aspects of hairdressing are womens short hair, colouring and gents cutting. 

Kelly has been with the David Charles team since 2007. She has successfully worked her way up to prinicipal stylist. Kelly is qualified in all areas of hairdressing but specialises in cutting. Her results speak for themselves! Kelly loves and is amazing at doing hair ups and making people feel fabulous for their big events. She looks forward to coming into work and catching up with her wonderful clients that she has got to know over the past 17 years.

Ellia has been a part of the David Charles team since 2010. She started out as an apprentice completing her NVQ level 2 & 3 before working her way up to becoming a senior stylist. Ellia is qualified in all aspects of ladies cutting & styling, colouring and keratin treatments. Her favourite part of hairdressing is colouring and strives to make everyone feel the best version of themselves but she specifically enjoys the relationships/friendships she has built with her clients over the years. 

Hannah has over 10 years of experience in hairdressing, beginning as an apprentice and progressing to a salon in Leeds City Centre before moving to David Charles in 2019. During her time at David Charles she has mastered the art of colouring and cutting, evolving her expertise in hairstyling. She is always keeping up to the latest hair trends and continously seeks opportunities to enhance her skills further. Her favourite part of hairdressing is colouring and cutting, with a primary focus on colour correction and highlights. 

Ava joined the David Charles team in 2025 as an apprentice and is currently working towards her NVQ level 2. She is passionate about all things hair and is enjoying developing her skills across all areas of hairdressing. She has a particular passion for colouring, inspired by the creativity and transformative results it offers. She is focused on helping clients feel confident and comfortable. She is a valued emerging talent within the team.
