David Charles Hair & Beauty Hair Salon - Where Hair Meets Art

Caroline has over 26 years of experience in hairdressing starting her career in London where she completed a range of colouring and cutting courses including the L'oreal Colour Degree. She joined the team at David Charles 14 years ago and continues to develop her cutting and colouring skills whilst also training new members of the team. Her favourite aspects of hairdressing are womens short hair, colouring and gents cutting. 

Kelly has been with the David Charles team since 2007. She has successfully worked her way up to prinicipal stylist. Kelly is qualified in all areas of hairdressing but specialises in cutting. Her results speak for themselves! Kelly loves and is amazing at doing hair ups and making people feel fabulous for their big events. She looks forward to coming into work and catching up with her wonderful clients that she has got to know over the past 17 years.

Ellia has been a part of the David Charles team for over 15 years. She started out as an apprentice completing her NVQ level 2 & 3 before working her way up to becoming a senior stylist. Ellia is qualified in all aspects of ladies cutting & styling, colouring and keratin treatments. Her favourite part of hairdressing is colouring and strives to make everyone feel the best version of themselves but she specifically enjoys the relationships/friendships she has built with her clients over the years.

Hannah has over 10 years of experience in hairdressing, beginning as an apprentice and progressing to a salon in Leeds City Centre before moving to David Charles in 2019. During her time at David Charles she has mastered the art of colouring and cutting, evolving her expertise in hairstyling. She is always keeping up to the latest hair trends and continously seeks opportunities to enhance her skills further. Her favourite part of hairdressing is colouring and cutting, with a primary focus on colour correction and highlights. 

Ellie has been part of the David Charles team since 2019, this is when she started her hairdressing journey and worked hard to complete her apprenticeship. She is qualified in all aspects of hairdressing e.g. colouring, cutting & styling. She completed her apprenticeship with a distinction in January 2022 and went straight into her advance and creative hair training, which she passed in June 2023,  while also working on the salon floor. Overall she loves making her clients happy with their hair and enjoys getting to see everyone everyday. 

Jess started at David Charles in October 2023 as an apprentice. As well as working in the salon 4 days a week she also goes to college where she is currently enjoying training working towards her NVQ level 2 in hairdressing. Jess is now qualified in styling hair and basic colour techniques which she thoroughly enjoys doing as part of her work day. Her favourite thing to do in the salon is toners and she is eager to continue learning and finish her apprenticeship ahead of time, eventually qualifiying and fullfilling her dream of being a hairdresser.
